What we collect

The details you type into the form: your store name and website, what you sell, your market, the competitor names and links you give us, your WhatsApp number, your email and your ad spend range. We also keep the country your request comes from, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address that we use to limit abuse. We never store your raw IP address.

Why

To prepare and send the snapshot you asked for, by looking at your competitors' public ads in the Meta Ad Library, and to follow up about it on WhatsApp and email. This is based on the consent box you tick.

Where it is stored

Everything you type, including your WhatsApp number, email and the competitor names, is stored in our database at Cloudflare. When a new request arrives we send ourselves an alert on Discord and by email. The alert has your store name, what you sell, your market, how many competitors you named, your spend range and the dates we plan to start and finish, plus a link to our private admin page. It does not contain your WhatsApp number or email.

Who sees it

The founder and interns at Aratavan, plus Cloudflare (hosting, database and the Turnstile spam check on the form), Discord and Resend (internal alerts). We use WhatsApp and email only to send you your snapshot and follow up about it.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

Until you ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we delete your record from our database, and the alert messages about you in our Discord and inbox. Cloudflare keeps a backup of the database that can restore the last 30 days, so a deleted record can still sit in that backup for up to 30 days before it is gone for good.
